Job Description

Summary:
Deerfield Country Club is seeking multiple dependable, tull-tıme team members to join the Golf Course Maintenance Crew. This position is responsible for helping maintain the overall appearance, playability, and condition of the golf course. Daily tasks may include weed-eating around trees, ponds, and other course features ; mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough; raking bunkers; and performing other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough Raking and maintaining bunkers Operating and maintaining golf course equipment and tools Assisting with course setup including moving tee markers and setting hole locations Trimming trees, hedges, and other landscaping around the course Watering and maintaining landscape areas Assisting with irrigation repairs and maintenance Removing debris, leaves, and trash from the course Helping with special course projects such as sod installation, bunker renovation, and course improvements
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 Ibs. Candidates must be able to work both independently and as part of a small team
Schedule:
Weekend availability required. Holidays and special events as neded.
Compensation:
Hourly wages, golf privileges, uniforms provided, daily lunches.
Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
