Job Description
Landscape Technician / Crew Leader Trainee Bigbee Landscaping & Property Services is hiring a full-time Landscape Technician with the opportunity to quickly advance into a Crew Leader role. During the growing season, your primary responsibility will be maintaining residential and commercial properties using professional mowing equipment. If you have a strong work ethic, show up every day, and take pride in your work, we'll invest in training you to lead a crew. We're not looking for someone who simply wants to cut grass. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career with a company that's growing. What You'll Do Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and handheld equipment Edge, string trim, and blow properties Maintain a clean, professional appearance on every job Assist with landscape installations, mulch, pruning, drainage, and other projects throughout the year Help maintain equipment and trailers Represent Bigbee professionally with customers What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Takes pride in doing the job right the first time Landscape or commercial mowing experience is preferred but not required Why Bigbee?
