Odyssey Lawn Care is a fast-growing, professional maintenance operation in DeSoto County. We don't "cut grass." We deliver a precision Professional Upgrade for homeowners across Southaven, Olive Branch, and the surrounding areas. We're hiring a crew member who takes pride in the work and wants to be the best person on the truck, not just another body filling a seat. This is a seasonal position, 25 to 35 hours per week. For the right person who proves it, it turns into full-time with a clear path forward. The Pay (Pay for Performance) Starting base: $16 to $20/hr depending on experience.

Equipment respect:

you run commercial-grade gear and keep it dialed in. We sharpen blades every other day and check equipment daily, so you'll have the best tools to win.

Reliability:

show up on time, ready to move, every shift. What We're Looking For Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but grit beats a resume. Roofing, construction, or any high-intensity outdoor work is a major plus. Mississippi summers are no joke, and we value people who can handle the heat and humidity with a good attitude. Comfortable around commercial mowers. Trailer driving and backing experience is a bonus. Valid US driver's license with a clean record (required).
