Responsibilities Maintain the health and appearance of the golf course by performing lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating greens, fairways, and roughs. Operate power tools including trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers to keep the course looking immaculate. Assist with irrigation system management by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting flowers, trimming shrubs, and removing debris to enhance course aesthetics. Use hand tools for detailed landscaping work and minor repairs around the course. Support overall course upkeep by performing gardening tasks that promote healthy turf and plant growth. Collaborate with team members to execute daily maintenance plans efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Skills Proficiency in operating power tools and hand tools used for landscaping and maintenance tasks. Knowledge of irrigation systems and ability to troubleshoot basic issues. Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture practices. Strong understanding of lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and pest control. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of course presentation. Good communication skills for coordinating tasks with team members and supervisors.
