Raymond, MS Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication English High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The groundskeeper is responsible the maintenance of grounds of industrial, commercial and/or public property. This position is subject to inclement weather conditions and is physically demanding.

Responsibilities and duties:

Provide grounds maintenance as required by contract terms Perform grass cutting services using walking or riding mowers (of less than 2000 lbs) Trim hedges and edges around walkways, flowerbeds, and wells using hedge trimmers, clippers and edging tools Remove debris and litter to optimize cleanliness of grounds Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth using shears and other handheld tools Spray lawn, shrubs and trees with fertilizer and insecticide as needed Place mulch, pine straw and other similar products in garden and/or flower beds Plant flowers and other similar plants in garden and/or flower beds Provide courteous and professional customer service to clients Communicate effectively with client representatives while answering questions regarding grounds maintenance Exhibit problem-solving ability to deescalate concerns professionally should the need arise

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Proficiency in the English language is required Candidate must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen, and must complete a medical fitness-for-duty clearance
