We are seeking motivated Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated and eager to learn. We are looking to create a team not only for the season but for the future. We are willing to train but it is preferred to have some background with landscaping, irrigation, hardscape or machine operation.Duties:
- Show up on time, communicate effectively, follow directions and eagerness to learn
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, landscape/hardscape install
- Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Execute hardscape projects including the installation of walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping tools and machinery effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
