We are a fast-growing company known for excellence, professionalism, and a strong team-focused environment. Our core values — Humility, Results, Excellence of Character, and Level Up 10X — guide everything we do. We do more than maintain lawns: we create and care for beautiful outdoor spaces while building a company where employees can grow and thrive. The Opportunity We are looking for a Lawn Mowing Supervisor / Crew Lead who is ready to take ownership of mowing operations in the field. In this role, you will lead mowing crews, coordinate daily work, and ensure every property is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. This is an excellent step-up opportunity for someone with lawn care experience who enjoys working outdoors, leading people, and taking pride in visible results. You will have the chance to influence how work is organized, coach and grow crew members, and advance your career as the company continues to expand. What You'll Do Lead and organize lawn mowing crews each day, assigning tasks and making sure jobs are completed on time and to company quality standards. Plan and adjust daily mowing schedules to maximize crew productivity, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Oversee the proper use, care, and basic maintenance of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment to keep crews operating safely and reliably. Inspect job sites during and after service, correcting issues on the spot and ensuring properties consistently meet client expectations. Communicate professionally with clients, respond to questions or concerns, and provide clear updates on work performed. What Success Looks Like Within 3-6 months, your crew is consistently completing daily routes on schedule while meeting or exceeding company quality standards across all assigned properties. Crew members clearly understand their roles, follow safety protocols, and maintain equipment properly under your direction. Client feedback is positive, with reduced call-backs and repeat business driven by the quality and reliability of your crew's work. You proactively identify ways to improve routes, processes, and training, and regularly share suggestions and updates with the Project Manager. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of commercial lawn care or landscaping experience; prior crew lead or leadership experience is preferred. Knowledge of fertilization and a Commercial Pesticide Applicator license ( or the willingness to obtain one) Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and hold others accountable to safety and quality standards. Hands-on knowledge of lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment, including safe operation and basic maintenance. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, plus the physical ability to work all day outdoors, lift and move equipment, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $25 - $35, based on experience. Paid time off, holiday benefits, and company-provided training and professional development. Full-time role with a steady schedule and seasonal flexibility. A supportive, growth-oriented work environment with clear opportunities for advancement.
