Full-Time / Seasonal (as applicable) Position Summary Canyon River Golf Club is seeking a reliable, hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Worker to join our Grounds team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the beauty, playability, and overall conditioning of our championship course. The ideal candidate takes pride in outdoor work, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering exceptional course conditions for our members and guests. Key Responsibilities Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other turf areas Rake and maintain bunkers to ensure consistent playing conditions Operate landscaping and turf equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, utility vehicles, etc.) Perform course setup duties including changing cups, moving tee markers, and setting up signage Edge, trim, and maintain landscaped areas around the clubhouse and grounds Remove debris and ensure the course remains clean and safe Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment handling protocols Assist with special projects and tournament preparations as needed Qualifications Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience preferred (but not required) Ability to operate small engine equipment safely Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred Skills & Attributes Team-oriented with a positive attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to follow instructions and work independently What We Offer Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Professional growth within turf management pro shop and food discount Employee golf privileges About Canyon River Golf Club Located along the scenic Clark Fork River, Canyon River Golf Club is known for its exceptional course conditions, outstanding service, and welcoming atmosphere.
