Job Summary Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain healthy lawns and gardens. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to improve aesthetic appeal. Assist with tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting using appropriate hand tools or power equipment. Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure optimal watering practices. Help with hardscape projects by preparing surfaces, installing pavers or retaining walls under supervision. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients. Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure safety and efficiency. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping and construction. Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; comfortable with lifting heavy materials and operating machinery. Strong attention to safety procedures when handling equipment such as excavators or power tools. Good teamwork skills with a positive attitude; willingness to learn new skills related to horticulture, tree care, or irrigation systems. Knowledge of landscaping principles, horticulture practices, or snow plowing techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
