Landscaper

We are seeking a Landscaper to join a landscaping company providing design, installation, and maintenance services. We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to design, install, and maintain outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and irrigation systems, for residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Design landscape layouts based on client preferences, site conditions, and budget.
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features according to design plans.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas.
• Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, fertilizing, and pest control treatments.
• Prune trees and shrubs to maintain healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and small machinery, safely.
• Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Communicate with clients to address landscaping concerns and provide maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards when handling equipment and chemicals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; horticulture or landscaping certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plants, soil types, and seasonal landscaping practices.
• Proficiency operating landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent customer service skills for client interactions.

Work Environment:

You will work primarily outdoors at client properties, performing physically demanding tasks across varying weather conditions throughout the seasons.
