Landscape Laborer

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Laborer to temporarily assist with landscape enhancement and property improvement projects. Unlike traditional lawn care positions, this role focuses primarily on planting, pruning, mulching, landscape bed maintenance, and general outdoor beautification work rather than routine mowing. •

THIS WILL LIKELY BE A SHORT-TERM TEMPORARY POSITION

• This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in clean and attractive properties, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal landscaping Spread mulch, soil, gravel, and other materials Prune shrubs and maintain landscape beds Weed, edge, and clean landscaped areas Assist with property cleanups and outdoor improvement projects Dig holes and assist with installation work Load, unload, and move landscaping materials and tools Operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Landscaping, nursery, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Experience with planting, pruning, or horticulture is a plus but not required Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for someone who enjoys landscape installation and outdoor project work more than repetitive lawn mowing. Candidates who enjoy working with plants, improving outdoor spaces, and staying active throughout the day will do well in this position.

Pay:

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
