Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Family Landscaper with a background in general maintenance, landscaping, and landscape improvement projects. Responsibilities Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and common areas. Mow, edge, trim, weed, blow, mulch, and perform seasonal cleanups. Assist with landscape design, installation, and improvement projects. Perform basic general maintenance and outdoor repairs. Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely. Maintain clean, safe, and attractive apartment communities. Communicate with property managers regarding maintenance and landscaping needs. Qualifications Previous landscaping and general maintenance experience. Multi-family/apartment experience preferred. Knowledge of landscape design and installation. Reliable and able to work independently. Ability to work outdoors and lift/move landscaping materials. Valid driver's license preferred.
