We run modern, well-maintained equipment, we pay on time every time, and we do the work right. This is a hands-on job for someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn the trade. No tree experience required if you have a strong work ethic and a good attitude. We will train you. What You'll Do Keep the drop zone clear and safe and watch out for the climber overhead Drag brush, feed the chipper, and load logs and debris Rake, blow, and clean the property so it looks better than when we got there Handle ropes on the ground during rigging operations as directed by the climber Run chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and small equipment (we will train you) Set up cones, signs, and traffic control on street-side jobs Load, unload, and maintain trucks and equipment at the start and end of each day Represent the company well in front of customers on residential properties What We're Looking For Required Reliable and on time, every day Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in heat, cold, and all conditions Comfortable working around heavy equipment and following safety instructions exactly Reliable transportation to the shop Willingness to learn and take direction Preferred Previous tree care, landscaping, construction, or general labor experience Chainsaw and chipper experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bilingual English/Spanish Interest in learning to climb What We Offer $18 - $24 per hour based on experience Health insurance with employer contribution (Blue Cross Blue Shield) Paid time off and paid holidays All PPE and equipment provided Paid on-the-job training in chainsaw operation, rigging, and equipment Consistent year-round work, not seasonal A real path to advancement. Most of our best climbers started on the ground. If you want to learn to climb, we will train you, pay for your certifications, and move you up as fast as you earn it.
