The Difference You Will Make The Facilities & Maintenance team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose. In this role, you'll manage the facilities and maintenance operations at one of our luxury apartment communities, while guiding a team of direct reports to impact. Who You Are Removes debris from clubhouse, pool, fitness center, driveways and other common residential areas to ensure property grounds remain clean. Performs necessary landscaping tasks that may include tending to green spaces, weeding, mulching or landscaping beds, sweeping and power washing stairwells and other common areas, and shoveling snow on walkways during inclement weather. Performs tasks to ensure upkeep and curb appeal to the community, such as maintaining cleanliness of pet waste stations and performing pet waste removal, trash removal or trash compaction as needed. Opens pool daily, ensures all pool furniture is arranged properly in season. Attends scheduled work shifts at an assigned location on a daily basis. What You'll Bring High School degree Previous maintenance, grounds or landscaping work experience Have the ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment while adhering to all required safety standards at all times Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to operate company equipment, including but not limited to golf carts and maintenance vehicles Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have significant mobility (walking, climbing, stooping), manual dexterity (using tools, operating equipment, fine motor skills), and strength (lifting up to 50 lbs., sometimes more with assistance), often in varied environments with potential exposure to noise, chemicals, and temperature extremes, requiring stamina, good vision, and occasional long periods of standing/walking.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to an office environment with their primary exposure being on project work/sites.
