Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position involves assisting with a wide range of landscaping tasks, from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and maintenance. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including edging, digging, and installing landscape features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction projects Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, overseeding, and snow plowing during winter months Aid in tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Help with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Conduct general site cleanup and maintenance to uphold safety standards and project quality Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, horticulture or landscape maintenance preferred Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor labor in various weather conditions Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree trimming, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and general garden care is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards Prior experience in construction or landscaping is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to help create vibrant outdoor environments that inspire!
