We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Field Operations Assistant to support the preparation, maintenance, and overall operations of our club's playing environment. This role is essential in ensuring our fields, equipment, and day-to-day logistics run smoothly for practices, games, and events.

Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible schedule, approximately 15-20 hours per week $20-$25/hr depending on experience Club truck provided for work-related duties

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Turf Tank to paint field lines Assist with full field setup, including goals, nets, flags, cones, and other equipment Prepare fields prior to games to ensure a game-ready appearance Perform basic turf care Inspect, maintain, and repair goals, nets, and other field equipment as needed Assist with general club operations and day-to-day support tasks as needed Maintain organization of storage areas, equipment rooms, and inventory Assist with transporting materials between fields, storage areas, and event locations

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Ability to lift and move equipment as needed

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
