STARTING PAY OF $20+ PER

HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Leapfrog Landcare is hiring a Mowing Crew Lead to help us deliver top-tier lawn care and mowing services. You will take charge of daily mowing and grounds-maintenance tasks, supervise a crew member, and ensure our customers' properties look their best. Our ideal candidate is a proactive leader who values professionalism, teamwork, and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise crew members during mowing and grounds-maintenance tasks. Perform mowing services including mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, and aeration. Grounds upkeep such as weed control, pruning, mulch or pine straw installation, and leaf removal. Use and maintain lawn equipment including push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Quality control

• ensure each property is left clean, neat, and professionally finished.

Requirements:

1+ year of outdoor labor experience required; mowing or grounds-maintenance experience preferred. Crew leadership experience or the ability to direct and support a helper. Equipment familiarity with push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and similar tools. Reliable transportation to and from the job site or meeting location. Outdoor readiness

• ability to work in all weather conditions. Physical capability
• able to lift 35-80 lbs regularly. Strong work ethic
