The Role We're looking for Landscape Laborers to join our team and help maintain some of the best commercial and residential properties in Eastern North Carolina. No landscaping experience? That's okay. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds Assisting with seasonal landscape services Operating equipment safely and responsibly Keeping job sites clean and professional Supporting your crew and helping the team succeed What We're Looking For Reliable attendance Positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow Reliable transportation Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required Why BT Carawan?
