The Role We're looking for a Skilled Lead to oversee larger landscape maintenance crews and help ensure every property reflects BT Carawan standards. This is a field leadership position responsible for quality, production, safety, training, and crew development. Skilled Leads work closely with Operations Management while supporting Team Leads and helping crews perform at a high level every day. You'll lead from the front while helping build strong teams and delivering exceptional results for our customers. What You'll Be Doing Lead larger landscape maintenance crews Oversee daily production, quality, and safety Support, coach, and develop Team Leads Train and mentor crew members Ensure properties meet company quality standards Coordinate daily work assignments and crew productivity Monitor equipment, vehicles, and trailers Communicate with Operations Management regarding crew needs, property concerns, and equipment issues Identify and solve problems before they impact customers Promote a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment What We're Looking For 3+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience Previous crew leadership experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to train, coach, and develop others High attention to detail and quality Strong problem-solving ability Dependable, professional, and accountable Ability to lead multiple team members effectively Valid driver's license preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why BT Carawan?
