The Opportunity As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will be a key part of a field crew that maintains commercial and residential properties. You will work hands-on with lawns, plants, and outdoor spaces, and see the visible results of your work every day. This role is a strong fit if you like physical work in the fresh air, want to learn professional landscaping techniques, and are looking for a place where you can grow into more responsibility over time. What You'll Do Maintain properties by mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and performing general lawn care tasks to company standards. Safely operate and help load/unload landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers onto trucks. Work closely with the Crew Leader and fellow Crew Members to complete daily routes efficiently and on schedule. Follow instructions and company procedures to ensure work is done safely, correctly, and with consistent quality. Assist with basic hardscape or enhancement tasks when needed, such as moving materials or prepping work areas. What Success Looks Like Within your first few weeks, reliably complete assigned maintenance tasks on multiple properties each day with minimal rework. Consistently meet quality expectations for clean, well-groomed lawns and landscapes that meet client standards. Demonstrate safe work habits and proper use of equipment with no preventable safety incidents. Communicate effectively with your Crew Leader and teammates so the crew runs smoothly and stays on schedule. What We're Looking For Experience in commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required; we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions and regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Team-oriented attitude with the ability to follow directions, support your crew, and stay productive throughout the day. Valid driver's license and bilingual skills are a plus, as is any knowledge of hardscape or landscape projects.
