Resort & SPA is looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technician to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of our resort grounds. This position is responsible for keeping the property beautiful, organized, and guest-ready at all times. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can handle a variety of landscaping, groundskeeping, and general outdoor maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities Maintain resort grounds, lawns, gardens, walkways, parking areas, outdoor guest spaces, and common areas. Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, raking, pruning, planting, watering, and mulching. Keep outdoor areas clean, attractive, and free of trash, debris, leaves, branches, and other hazards. Maintain flower beds, landscaped areas, trails, outdoor seating areas, patios, decks, and entrance areas. Assist with seasonal cleanup, storm cleanup, snow or ice preparation when needed, and general property upkeep. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools, and other groundskeeping equipment. Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, irrigation issues, drainage problems, fallen limbs, or needed repairs to management. Assist with pressure washing, outdoor furniture setup, event area preparation, trash removal, and light maintenance projects as needed. Help ensure the property makes a strong first impression for hotel guests, restaurant guests, spa guests, event guests, and visitors. Follow all safety procedures when using equipment, chemicals, tools, and vehicles. Qualifications Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, property maintenance, resort, hotel, or outdoor labor experience preferred. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and responsibly. Must be dependable, punctual, hardworking, and able to work independently. Must be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, bend, walk, stand, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Must have a positive attitude and be respectful around guests, staff, and vendors.
