Job Description
Carolina Turf is looking for dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Members to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality lawn maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and enjoy working outdoors. Responsibilities Mow residential and commercial lawns Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds String trim around fences, trees, and obstacles Trim and shape shrubs and bushes Blow off sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other hard surfaces Perform quality checks before leaving each property to ensure work meets company standards Safely operate lawn care equipment and tools Report equipment issues or property concerns to the crew leader Follow all company safety procedures and directions from the crew leader Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
