$100 per day (10 AM to 4 PM)

Schedule:

Part-time, Seasonal, Saturdays (week prior to Memorial Day through week after Labor Day) Saturday Weekend Availability Required Salt and Sand Realty is seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Exterior Property Preparation Technician to help ensure our vacation rental homes are clean, safe, and guest-ready throughout the busy summer season. This position plays a key role in maintaining the first impression of our properties by keeping all exterior areas neat, organized, and presentable. Key Responsibilities Blow off decks, porches, walkways, and exterior areas to remove sand, leaves, and debris Inspect property exteriors to ensure cleanliness and overall presentation standards are met Arrange and reset outdoor furniture to proper placement Identify and report any exterior maintenance concerns or issues Assist maintenance technicians and landscaping team as needed Support general exterior upkeep across multiple properties on a daily basis Qualifications Prior experience in vacation rentals, landscaping, or exterior cleanup work preferred Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently and independently Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds overhead Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and smartphone required Schedule Requirements Must be available to work Saturdays Seasonal part-time role running from the week prior to Memorial Day through the week following Labor Day Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Exterior Landscaping & Blow-Out Technician, as well as the Maintenance Field Manager and Maintenance Operations Manager.
