Job Description We are seeking dependable and hardworking Landscape Workers to join our team in the Triangle Area. The Landscape Worker will assist with maintaining outdoor properties, landscaping operations, and turf management services while ensuring grounds remain clean, safe, and properly maintained. Basic Landscaping Maintenance Mowing and trimming/edging. Pruning Leaf Control Landscaping Reclaim•Reclaim, restoration, clean-up, etc. Turf Management Fertilization Pest Management Seeding and Aeration Landscaping Installation Ornamental Planting Mulch Installation Sod Installation Hardscaping Installation Drainage Installation Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely Remove weeds, debris, and trash from landscape areas Follow all company safety procedures and protocols at all times Maintain professional attendance and punctuality Support team members with additional groundskeeping duties as assigned Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, sod, and ornamental landscaping materials Assist with irrigation, lighting, and seasonal landscaping projects Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks Must be able to lift between 45-50 lbs Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Additional Requirements Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Ability to follow all safety protocols Ability to follow company attendance protocols Reliable transportation preferred Benefits Full-time schedule Weekly pay Opportunity for long-term employment Supportive work environment
