We pride ourselves on maintaining an immaculate course that provides a superior golfing experience for our members and guests. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to the upkeep and beauty of our golf course.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily golf course setup, ensuring the course is in optimal condition for players.
  • Change pins and move tees to maintain course variety and challenge.
  • Blow greens to remove debris and ensure a smooth playing surface.
  • Operate various handheld power equipment, such as trimmers and edgers.
  • Utilize and maintain golf course machinery and utility vehicles, including mowers.
  • Hand water greens to maintain proper moisture levels and turf health.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs as needed.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring the course remains playable and safe.
  • Collaborate with the groundskeeping team to implement seasonal maintenance plans and special projects.
Qualifications:
  • Prior landscaping or technical experience is preferred but not required.
  • Previous golf course maintenance experience is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to operate a variety of power equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • A team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Skills:
  • Basic understanding of grounds maintenance practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
  • Knowledge of golf course layout and maintenance procedures is a plus.
  • Capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
