Duties:

Driver and Leader for Lawn Maintenance Crew (Driver's License and Clean driving record required) Follow phone app scheduling and use of CompanyCam for Photos (Phone allowance included) Assist with Snow Plowing and Ice Management during winter months Perform general groundskeeping duties to ensure a clean and well-maintained landscape Previous experience in Landscaping or Groundskeeping preferred but not required Familiarity with operating hand tools and mechanical equipment used in Landscaping The Maintenance Crew Leader position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team with 2 to 3 members. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the beautification of outdoor spaces while gaining valuable experience in the landscaping industry.
