Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Whether you're trimming trees, installing irrigation systems, or maintaining lawns, your efforts will directly contribute to creating inviting landscapes that clients will love. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Support installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Perform lawn care duties including edging, aerating, fertilizing, and overseeding to promote lush turf growth Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and installing components to ensure proper watering schedules Use excavation equipment like mini-excavators for site preparation and landscape installation projects Conduct tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, and planting to enhance landscape aesthetics and health Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plowing equipment is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards Valid driver's license is required This role offers an exciting chance to build your expertise in landscaping while contributing to vibrant outdoor environments.
