Rob Matchen Landscaping Landscape Laborer - Full Time $18 - $20 / hour Based on Experience Statesville, Mooresville & Lake Norman Area | Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM About Us Rob Matchen Landscaping is a locally owned company serving the greater Lake Norman area. We take pride in our quality craftsmanship and treat every property like our own. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that values its people. What We Offer $18-$20/hour based on experience — competitive pay that rewards your skills Steady, full-time hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (some weekends as needed) Consistent schedule with a reliable, local company On-the-job training in our methods and standards Work alongside a team that takes pride in every job What You'll Do Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing on residential and commercial properties Work independently or as part of a team depending on the job Represent Rob Matchen Landscaping with professionalism and excellent customer service Be willing to learn and follow our techniques and quality standards Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered: Prior landscaping experience required (including experience in mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing) Valid North Carolina driver's license Must pass a pre-employment drug test Available to start immediately Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated Ready to join a team that takes pride in its work?
