Labor Crew Leader I (Bldg & Grounds)

Applicant will perform responsible skilled work in the maintenance and repair of the Town's buildings and grounds, including painting, planting, mowing grass and trimming shrubbery. Applicant must be able to assign and coordinate the work of a small crew. Must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid NC driver's license with a good driving record. Applicant must be able to obtain a NC Commercial Driver's License within 1 year of hire date. Applicant must live within a 30 mile radius from the corporate limits of the town.
