Landscaping Maintenance

Maintenance Supervisor Hours:

40 + hours a week (weekdays and weekends) SUMMARY The Landscaping Maintenance reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and takes care of the Company's properties/activities as assigned. DUTIES Overall supervision of anything landscaping related,

Examples:

Lawn Care:

Mow, edge, and trim lawns using push mowers, riding mowers, and string trimmers.

Garden Maintenance:

Weed, prune shrubs, trim trees, and deadhead flowers to promote healthy growth and neat aesthetics.

Seasonal Cleanups:

Rake leaves, clear debris, and perform seasonal property cleanups.

Planting & Mulching:

Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees; spread mulch, fertilizer, and topsoil as directed.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on landscaping tools (e.g., leaf blowers, edgers, aerators, and chainsaws).

Site Management:

Haul debris, load/unload equipment, and maintain a safe, clean job site.

Winter Services:

(For cold-weather locations like North Dakota) Shovel snow, clear walkways, and apply salt/sand for ice control.
