Landscape Crew Member

Job Requirements:

Ability to critically think and communicate problems in-order to find a resolution in a timely manner. The ability to report to work on time and ready to work. The ability to work collaboratively in a group setting; working alongside both the field and office staff. Hold oneself accountable to completing projects to industry standards. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, continuously throughout the day, while performing tasks such as bending, squatting, walking, digging, etc. Experience in Operating Heavy Equipment (skid steers, excavators, mini skids, etc.) The ability to perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools. Responsibilities Perform manual labor activities for the installation and maintenance of landscape projects. Removal of snow and ice as needed using shovels, snow blowers and/or driving a truck with a snow plow. Assists in the loading/unloading of equipment and tools into work trucks. Proactively maintain shop, vehicles & equipment. Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. Adheres to all safety precautions.
