Job Summary Lincoln Saltdogs is looking for a high performing, results-oriented Individuals to join our team for the 2026 season to assist the groundskeeper with the upkeep of the Haymarket Park facility. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hard worker, and reliable. We offer flexible hours to work around class schedules as needed and on-the-job training, no prior turf/landscape education or experience required! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Daily management and maintenance of our playing surfaces Daily maintenance of landscape areas inside and outside the complex Game preparation and repairs to our playing surfaces Practice setup and cleanup

Qualifications:

Must be reliable, responsible, personable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. Condition of Employment Candidate is required to meet the above qualifications. Approval of pre-employment reference, background checks and post offer substance testing are required as conditions of employment.
