Kabredlo's Property is seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Mower Operator to help maintain and enhance the beauty of our apartment communities, private homes, and commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in detailed work, and has a passion for creating high-quality landscapes. Key Responsibilities Mow and maintain lawns using trimmers, edgers, stand-on mowers, zero-turn mowers, and push mowers Care for flower beds, including planting, mulching, weeding, and trimming Keep landscapes clean and presentable, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, and common areas Perform routine inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns Assist with light landscaping projects as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 seasons of landscaping or lawn care experience (2-5 years preferred) Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment and techniques Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Excellent communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For A team player who enjoys working outdoors Someone who is dependable, organized, and adaptable A candidate with a genuine passion for plants and outdoor spaces Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Two weeks paid vacation Paid sick leave Equal Opportunity Employer Kabredlo's Property is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
