Groundskeeper Are you a meticulous and dependable team player that takes pride in maintaining clean, safe and well-kept facilities? We invite you to join our KAAPA team as a Groundskeeper at our Minden location.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform mowing and grounds maintenance at the assigned location Operate, maintain, and perform basic repairs on grounds and maintenance equipment Assist with harvest activities as needed Support general maintenance and painting projects Provide backup support to the logistics department, including: Loading trucks Loading railcars Running the scale

Working Hours:

Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm with additional hours as required during harvest and as required throughout the year

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license Strong communication skills Ability to multi‑task and manage scheduling needs Ability to safely operate and drive a company vehicle Willingness to assist across departments as needed Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to others and work well as a team Basic computer experience
