This is a part time position with flexible hours. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for removing weeds and planting new plants. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our landscape operations, ensuring lush gardens and vibrant landscapes. This position offers an energetic environment where active participation and attention to detail are essential for success. Responsibilities Use hand tools and power tools to weed and ensuring optimal plant health and growth. Plant seeds, seedlings, or young plants accurately according to specified spacing and depth guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas to promote safety and efficiency. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling chemicals, machinery, or power tools to prevent accidents. Skills Experience with landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools such as hoes, shovels, rakes, and pruning shears. Knowledge of pest control techniques relevant to weed maintenance. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driving license with experience operating vehicles is required Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining landscapes.
