In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans, implement developmentally appropriate activities, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social development. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, early intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques. Foster a supportive environment that encourages positive behavior management and emotional regulation among children. Support children's developmental milestones through tailored activities focused on childhood development and toddler care. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to child welfare standards and daycare regulations. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs. Assist in preparing children for standardized testing when applicable and support their overall readiness for preschool or private school transitions. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Experience with special education needs or early intervention programs is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification or training in childhood development or Montessori teaching methods is advantageous. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Demonstrated commitment to child welfare and safety standards within daycare or preschool environments.
