Tree Company Needs Lift Operator / Ground Crew

Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient tree care solutions. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Lift Operator / Ground Crew members to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, operate specialized equipment, and contribute to the health and safety of trees. . If you are energetic, safety-conscious, and have worked in tree care this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities Operate a Dino Lift to assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal projects Operate a state of the art Euro Chipper and chainsaw for removals & cleanup. Help with the setup and breakdown of work zones, including the placement of barriers and safety signage Maintain clear communication with team members during operations to ensure efficiency and safety Follow all safety protocols related to tree care, equipment operation, and worksite management Requirements Prior experience or growing knowledge in tree care is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to operate aerial lift equipment safely (bucket operation experience is highly desirable) Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL certification is a bonus but not mandatory. Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
