Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM 5:00 PM (Hours may vary with the season)
Service Area:
Residential and commercial properties throughout New Hampshire Key Responsibilities As a Fine Gardening Crew Leader or Crew Member , you will: Design, plant, and enhance garden landscapes and beds Prune native and exotic plant species to maintain plant health and aesthetics Maintain and nurture garden beds through proper weeding, mulching, and care Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, weed eaters, pruning shears, and trailers) Ensure top-quality service while maintaining organization and professionalism What We're Looking For Motivated, team-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic Attention to detail and a passion for landscape aesthetics Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Professionalism and reliability Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Benefits We Offer Overtime pay for 40+ hours per week Weekly pay schedule Paid holidays after one year of employment Vision and dental insurance (100% paid by the company) 401K with 3% company match Employee referral and performance bonus programs Parental leave and paid time off Join Our Team Today!
