Duties Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform detailed landscaping to ensure pristine appearance Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth and conserve water Perform tree care including trimming, pruning, and removal as needed Assist with landscape installation projects such as hardscape features and garden beds Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Support general maintenance tasks including equipment upkeep and minor repairs Requirements Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn care machinery and hand tools Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with landscaping techniques, horticulture principles, and hardscape installation is a plus Ability to use power tools safely and effectively in various outdoor settings Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks This role offers an exciting opportunity for energetic individuals eager to develop their skills in landscaping, horticulture, construction, and outdoor maintenance.
