Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, utilizing both hand tools and power tools to perform various lawn care tasks. Your expertise in landscape maintenance will contribute to creating and preserving attractive outdoor spaces. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris. Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Assist with tree care, ensuring proper pruning and health assessments. Operate irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules for optimal plant health. Maintain groundskeeping standards by keeping equipment clean and in good working condition. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. Follow safety protocols while working on-site to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Knowledge of tree care techniques and irrigation systems is a plus. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Good physical stamina; must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
