Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team! In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to creating beautiful, functional landscapes that reflect our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and effectively for landscape projects Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and growth Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering schedules Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for customers and staff Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls with proper care and upkeep Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving landscaping or site improvements Requirements Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely Basic understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniques Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• 3 High School diploma or
GED COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Total Bonus Amount of $1,500 Team member must be employed to receive the payout Paid $250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days, $250 after 120 days & $750 after 180 days
