Job Description
Join Our Team! Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and isn't afraid of hard work? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing landscape team. Responsibilities Install and maintain landscape plantings, mulch, and sod. Assist with paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living projects. Operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment safely. Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites. Assist with grading, drainage, and excavation work. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Work alongside foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Qualifications Prior landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day. Reliable transportation to and from work. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
