Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor spaces to ensure they are safe, beautiful, and functional. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and groundskeeping will help transform ordinary areas into stunning landscapes that inspire and delight. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and contribute to the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and snow plows with safety protocol adherence Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and plant health Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to provide appropriate care and pest management solutions Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Apply pesticides responsibly following safety guidelines to control pests while protecting the environment Conduct regular inspections of landscapes for hazards or issues requiring attention or repair Experience Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance environments Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and troubleshooting Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, tree trimming, and snow plowing Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant identification techniques Experience with irrigation systems installation and management is preferred Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces!
