Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, ensuring that lawns, gardens, and other green spaces are well-kept and healthy. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have a passion for landscaping. Responsibilities Perform regular mowing string trimming and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching. Engage in groundskeeping activities to ensure clean and tidy outdoor spaces. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, such as mowers and string trimmers Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality results. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Experience in lawn mowing or gardening is preferred but not required. Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment effectively. Strong attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including walking, standing, and trimming for extended periods of time. Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and landscaping practices.
