These include planning and construction, facilities, public safety and emergency operations, environmental health and safety, transportation, housing, and auxiliary/retail operations. Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Special Services and Groundworker-Housing for the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). Among the key duties of this position are the following: Performs diversified maintenance and grounds duties involving the preparation of campus facilities and the maintenance of equipment and grounds in multipurpose areas of the University. Operates power equipment and drives University vehicles.

Position Pension Eligibility:

PERS Minimum Education and Experience One year experience in the landscaping industry with knowledge of tools, methods and materials used in grounds maintenance preferred. Certifications/Licenses Valid driver's license and two years driving experience. Will be required to successfully complete the Rutgers Defensive Driving Course.
