Landscape Laborer

Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power tools Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces pristine Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, performing tree trimming, and caring for gardens Operate equipment like excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently for construction or seasonal cleanup projects Support hardscape projects by preparing surfaces, laying pavers or retaining walls, and installing irrigation systems Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks including watering, aeration, mulching, and pest control Ensure safety standards are followed during all activities and assist with general site cleanup and equipment maintenance Experience Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping activities such as mowing, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for operating power tools and small machinery safely Hands-on experience with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows is advantageous Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care and soil management is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor Experience with construction or hardscape installation is beneficial but not mandatory—training available for motivated learners Join us to cultivate stunning landscapes while developing valuable skills in a lively environment! $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
