Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaping and Maintenance Specialist, where your passion for outdoor beauty and hands-on skills will help transform and maintain vibrant, healthy landscapes. Duties Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering efficiency across landscaped areas Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces pristine Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, pruning, digging, and other gardening activities Conduct regular lawn care routines such as aeration, overseeding, and pest management to promote healthy turf growth Assist with landscaping projects by planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery according to design plans Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs to ensure operational readiness Support overall garden health by applying horticultural best practices and monitoring plant health Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant needs and landscape design principles Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance techniques Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes as well as power tools including trimmers and blowers safely Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices like mowing, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Prior experience working with gardening equipment or landscaping machinery is preferred Embrace the opportunity to cultivate beautiful outdoor environments while developing your skills in a supportive team environment.
