Position Overview A full-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Porter responsible for performing routine landscaping, janitorial, and basic maintenance tasks primarily at an apartment complex in Albuquerque. From time to time, the employee may also be assigned to perform similar work at the other company managed properties, including manufactured home communities and self-storage facilities. Job Responsibilities Landscaping and groundskeeping tasks including: pruning bushes and trimming trees, edging walkways, weeding, and maintaining the property in a clean and well-manicured condition.

Janitorial work including:

sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and garbage removal Minor property repairs and maintenance, including replacing lights, repairing sprinkler lines and fencing, applying asphalt cold patch, and assisting with basic drain cleaning Perform painting, surface preparation, and minor drywall repairs Other tasks identified by property manager Similar duties to those described above at other company-managed properties as assigned. Job Qualifications or Skills 1-year experience as a groundskeeper/maintenance porter preferred Reliable worker who can perform routine tasks with limited supervision Strong attention to detail Ability to be continuously standing and walking throughout each shift, and bend/lift/carry up to 50 pounds Authorized to work in the United States What we offer: Great pay/benefits which includes paid holidays, sick time per year plus 80 hours paid vacation time (120 hours after 5 years of employment) and 401(k) with employer match!
