Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! This energetic position involves performing a variety of landscape-related tasks, from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and water feature construction and maintenance. If you're passionate about horticulture, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to develop your skills in landscaping and construction, this opportunity is perfect for you. We provide paid positions that foster growth, teamwork, and a love for the outdoors. Duties Assist in Water feature maintenance and water feature construction. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as edging, digging, and installing landscape features. Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Work around heavy equipment. Experience in operating heavy equipment is a plus. Having a clean driving record that allows Driving work trucks and hauling trailers is a huge plus's Maintain equipment including excavators and other machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate equipment like excavators and power tools effectively. Experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment is a plus. Strong attention to safety procedures when handling construction or landscaping machinery. Willingness to learn new skills related to irrigation systems, tree care, hardscape installation, and snow plowing. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward assisting others on diverse projects.
