Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position involves assisting with a variety of landscape and construction projects, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to deliver high-quality results. Whether it's maintaining lawns, planting trees, or installing hardscape features, you'll be an essential part of creating inviting outdoor areas that clients will love. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently Support the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system installation or repair Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring safe working conditions at all times Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or gardening projects as needed to meet project deadlines Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping or construction tools Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators safely Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care practices is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, hardscape installation, and maintenance tasks This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in landscaping or construction.
